Biography

Huda is a UAE-based Clinical Pharmacist and Bioinformatics graduate from University of Birmingham, Dubai in 2022. In her Master’s thesis, she used genomic data analysis techniques on clinical vancomycin resistant strains to understand the epidemiology and determinants of antimicrobial resistance in the Middle East. Huda has enrolled for postgraduate study for the degree of PhD in the School of Biosciences, University of Birmingham. She has a special interest in data analytic approaches in microbiology and machine learning to genomic data to understand the dynamics of antimicrobial strains.
