Biography

Raneem is an MSc student in cell and molecular biology. She completed her undergrad in Microbiology at King Abdul-Aziz University and has recently joined the Infectious Diseases and Epidemiology laboratory in 2024. She received her professional license from the Saudi Commission for Health specialists in medical microbiology laboratories in 2023. Raneem was a research lab assistant volunteer at the King Fahd Medical Research Centre for 2 years, working at the Center of Excellence in Genomics Diagnostic and Research Lab. She is currently working on her thesis project in functional genomics and molecular biology, using TraDIS to understand functionality and microbial resistance.
